Where do you ship? We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Orders leave our Brooklyn store within 1-2 business days and arrive in 2-5 business days.
Is everything you sell kosher? Yes. Every product we carry is certified by a nationally recognized kosher agency. See our Kashrut page and the certification note on each product page for the exact supervision.
What happens if an item is out of stock? We substitute it with an equal or better product and let you know before it ships.
How fresh is the food? Nothing ships with less than 60 days of shelf life.
Can I send a box as a gift? Yes. Put your note in the order comments at checkout, or reply to your order confirmation email, and we will include it in the box. We never include prices inside.
Something arrived damaged or is missing? Send us a photo and we will refund or reship it. No returns needed.
Can I get a discount for sharing an unboxing video? Yes. Send us your unboxing video and get $25 off your next box. Email the video to support@shalombox.com, and once we have seen it we will send you a personal $25 discount code.
