Where we ship
Shalom Box currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Shipping rates
Individual items:
- Standard shipping: flat $11 on orders under $100.
- Standard shipping: free on orders of $100 or more. Free shipping applies to individual items only.
Discovery Boxes:
- Discovery Boxes always ship at a flat $11 per box. Boxes do not qualify for free shipping over $100.
The Full Series:
- The Full Series (all 10 boxes) ships at one flat rate of $110.
Mixed orders:
- If your order includes both boxes and individual items, shipping is $11 per box, and the individual items follow the rules above.
Express shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): available at checkout on all orders - individual items, Discovery Boxes, and The Full Series - at carrier-calculated rates.
Processing and delivery
All orders are packed and shipped from Brooklyn, NY. Estimated transit times for each shipping option are shown at checkout, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or anything is missing, reach out through our Contact page and we will make it right.
