Orders ship from our store in Brooklyn, NY within 1-2 business days. We ship ground to the 48 contiguous states; most orders arrive in 2-5 business days.
Shipping is free on orders over $100 (Discovery Boxes excluded). Orders under $100 ship for a flat $11. Discovery Boxes ship for a flat $11 per box.
Substitutions: if an item in your order is out of stock, we will swap it for an equal or better product and let you know. We will never quietly send you less.
Freshness: everything we ship has at least 60 days of shelf life when it leaves our store.
Damaged or missing items: send us a photo and we will refund or reship right away. No need to mail anything back.
